I learned the use the software confidently in just a few days. The training was adjusted to suit my purposes, which were less code-oriented and more user interface and business process focused.

Phillipe is extremely good at explaining the theory and visually demonstrating how to map using BPMN 2.0 which makes it easier to understand. The course material was also easy to read and follow. It was good mix between theory and practical and Phillipe was very helpful and supportive to ensure we got the best out of the course.
The way he used the whiteboard to demonstrate ideas and concepts, as a visual learner it helped me a lot.
Phillipe's delivery was excellent, was very engaging, and he managed to make a subject that can be quite dry seem very interesting. The subject matter was very relevant to us and what we are trying to do in our organisation.
