NobleProg Franchisor CEO, Founder, WorldwideBernard Szlachta has had various years of experience working for numerous well known blue-chip companies and during this time he has managed to get familiar with all aspects of the organization, from system administrator, through programmer, project manager, salesman, consultant, software architect to ultimately become business owner and investor. The holistic knowledge of an organization is the key to understanding and improving the business processes and the importance of information systems within the company. In 2000, at age 18, Bernard started his first ISP and consultancy business. He received his bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from University of Science and Technology, Cracow in 2007, obtaining many scholarships, Deans Award for Excellence and Minister of Education and Science Award. His experience as a consultant with National Bank of Poland, Raiffeisen Bank., Delphi, Bertelsmann Media, Volkswagen, Roche, GE Money Bank S.A., ING Bank, eSpeed/BGC Partners, Bank of Scotland, STA Travel has given him a valuable insight into the different kinds of problems that corporations face and must find the correct methods in order to be able to overcome them. Bernard is a keen and enthusiastic supporter and practitioner of SCRUM and other Agile methodologies, as well as process-oriented enterprises. Bernard is currently working as a Director, Business Process Expert for NobleProg Limited in London as well as is responsible of finding new Master Franchisee for the business. |

His responsibility covers finding new franchisees, supporting and training existing franchisees and developing the business in his teorritories. |
