Bernard Szlachta has had various years of experience working for numerous well known blue-chip companies and during this time he has managed to get familiar with all aspects of  the organization, from system administrator, through programmer, project manager, salesman, consultant, software architect to ultimately become business owner and investor. The holistic knowledge of an organization is the key to understanding and improving the business processes and the importance of information systems within the company.

In 2000, at age 18, Bernard started his first ISP and consultancy business. He received his bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from University of Science and Technology, Cracow in 2007, obtaining many scholarships, Deans Award for Excellence and Minister of Education and Science Award.

His experience as a consultant with National Bank of Poland, Raiffeisen Bank., Delphi, Bertelsmann Media, Volkswagen, Roche, GE Money Bank S.A., ING Bank, eSpeed/BGC Partners, Bank of Scotland, STA Travel has given him a valuable insight into the different kinds of problems that corporations face and must find the correct methods in order to be able to overcome them. 

Bernard is a keen and enthusiastic  supporter and practitioner of SCRUM and other Agile methodologies, as well as process-oriented enterprises.

Bernard is currently working as a Director, Business Process Expert for NobleProg Limited in London as well as is responsible of finding new Master Franchisee for the business.

Grzegorz Pruszczynski used to own a small ISP business before joining NobleProg in 2006. He currently holds Master Franchisee license in Poland. His responsibility covers finding new franchisees, supporting and training existing franchisees and developing the business in his teorritories.

Filip Stachecki used to work as NobleProg trainer from 2008. He was looking for a new challanges in his life, so in November 2009 he joined NobleProg as a franchisee.

Edward Jenkins has many years experience working within IBM UK Limited undertaking a variety of roles both technical and management. His last few years with IBM were spent working within the Project Management community delivering IT solutions to major clients. After leaving IBM Ted started a ‘web services business’ developing internet solutions for the small business and professional community. He has recently sold this business and is now looking forward to taking up the challenging opportunity as a UK NobleProg franchisee.

Izabela Szlachta joined the NobleProg Team in June 2010. She is co-ordinating online courses worldwide. She makes the way from the client's desire to learn to the virtual classroom shortest possible :-)

She is also responsible for updating any kind of the NobleProg's data on Internet so that the clients can always find the proper information.
