C-Knowing our basic values and whether they fit with those of our company, our department, our team
D- Inventory of productive stress situations
E- How to optimize positive stress
A- Interviews (in pairs / debriefing): Discover your skills and your major qualities
B- Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video)
C- Inventory of the individual energy sources of the participants
D- Relaxation exercise for every day
