Promotion Terms and Conditions

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion will be available to enter until August 15, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:  The promotion is open for professionals working within an organization and who have previously engaged with NobleProg, are at least 18 years of age and reside in the USA. Employees of NobleProg and its subsidiaries, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate. 

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible participants (“Participants”) may enter by completing the “Ai Survey (the “Ai Survey”) and providing their name and the valid contact email address on the Survey before the end of the Promotion Period. Each Participant may enter only once per person. Additional entries will be void. NobleProg is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of any entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per eligible Participant. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Participant are void. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

RANDOM DRAWING:  A random drawing to select the Prize winner (the “Winner”) will be conducted within ten (10) business days of the end of the Promotion Period.  A NobleProg representative will conduct the random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

PRIZE: One (1) Prize Winner will win one (1)  hour Free Ai Consultation. (the “Prize”). The Prize cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. No expiration date or service fees.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Prize vary based on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential prize winner will be notified by an email sent to the address provided in their AI Survey. If requested by NobleProg, the potential winner may need to confirm their eligibility and complete an "affidavit of eligibility." Should a winning entry be found invalid for any reason, or if the winner doesn't comply with these Official Rules before the prize is delivered, the prize may be forfeited. In such cases, NobleProg reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries until the prize is successfully awarded. The confirmed prize winner will receive their prize approximately 30 days after NobleProg confirms their eligibility.

NobleProg disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Promotion, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Nobleprog’s control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion. 

 

NobleProg reserves the right to cancel, change, or pause this promotion if unforeseen issues arise, such as viruses, technical problems, unauthorized interference, or other factors beyond our control that could compromise the promotion's integrity or security.NobleProg reserves the right to exclude any participant from this promotion, or revoke a prize if ,in its sole discretion, it determines that they are attempting to undermine its legitimate operation. This includes actions like cheating, hacking, deception, or any behavior intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass other participants or NobleProg representatives. If for any reason NobleProg is not capable of running the Promotion as planned, NobleProg reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Any such announcement will be made on the survey webpage and/or emailed to Participants.

 

INDEMNIFICATION: By entering and participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant ("Participant") agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NobleProg, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively, "Claims"), arising out of or in connection with:

(i) The Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes; and (ii) The Participant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize awarded, including, without limitation, any property damage, personal injury, or death sustained by any person(s).

The Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or by the use or redemption of a Prize.
