The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide in accordance with the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial in the context of the PSM II exam. This two-day course teaches teams who are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) how to work in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
