The "Scrum for advanced Scrum Master + preparation for PSM II" training is addressed to experienced Scrum Masters who want to expand their competences, understand more deeply how Scrum works and become real leaders in the agile approach. The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide in accordance with the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial in the context of the PSM II exam. Participants gain practical knowledge about comprehensiveness, empirical approach, value Scrum and the role of Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares for the PSM II exam, based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide from November 2020.

This 2 day course is suitable for any IT professionals who are interested in using the Waterfall model and how people have traditionally tried to deal with its shortcomings - including, but not limited to, Agile approaches.

This 2-day course provides a brief introduction to Agile software testing. This two-day course teaches teams who are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) how to work in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. This class prepares teams to run a Program Increment (PI), including all meetings at the Team and Program level with a specific focus on the upcoming PI planning. Attending the class prepares participants to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
